She gives advice but stays objective as well as realistic without adding her own opinions, etc. Not to mention I kept coming back because she was giving me hypotheticals...nothing she's told me has happened as she said it would plus she keeps contradicting her previous predictions. Again, just wonderful and she speaks confidently so it just makes the info trustworthy. I've proven her wrong a few times and decided to give her one last chance but this last guidance session was ridiculous...
